I treat my space, my domain, my home with the upmost respect! Everything has to be very organized along with being very clean. The space that I have created for my self has to be bright and inviting, it's sacred. When I come home and shut my door I need and want to feel at total peace. I light candles all the time in conjunction with lighting Yerba Santa sage to uplift the energy in my home twice a week. Sage goes back into the ancient times having a rich long history. Many people drink sage tea along with others believing it has substantial healing properties. I believe sage to be a foam of a cleansing method.
Sage has been said to cure many illnesses along with helping with depression. Yerba Santa has also been known to shine a light on self love and self care. When we as consumers SPLURGE it should one should always have a reason as to why we feel we need or want something.
What I believe about sage is that it will remove bad energy from your space but you have to first feel that your space has been violated with bad energy. In the meantime, I will continue to use Yerba Santa sage to uplift the good energy that is already in my space so that it will continue to take over.
